Written by Mel Kham on . Posted in News

XML slideshow creator is a backend for a modified version of the XML animated background creator script by the same author.

With XML Slideshow creator you can create an animated background by creating a xml background file with images from a folder, then set slideshow time, animation time and apply it as your new background .

Installation

  • First you need to install some dependencies , type the command :
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install gambas2-runtime gambas2-gb-gtk gambas2-gb-form gambas2-gb-gtk-ext

Now download XML slideshow creator and extract it to your home directory.

  • After cd the extracted directory
cd /home/zinovsky/xml-slideshow-creator
  • Now install
sudo ./install.sh
