PlayOnLinux 4.0.16 has been released, the new release comes with some exciting now features, improvements and bug fix. PlayonLinux can now start an executable from the terminal (Exp: playonlinux file.exe), added support support for Desura, easy access to the virtual disks right from your home directory and more.

The installation has been tested by PlayOnLinux Team on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS, Debian Squeeze, OpenSuse and Mac OSX 10.6.5.

PlayOnLinux 3.8.5 is available, this version is a bug fix and is hightly recommended to upgrade to this new version, otherwise you will not be able to use playonlinux.

PlayOnLinux 3.7.6 is now available ! This released comes to fix two major bugs :
– Using an old wineversion to install a program caused problems
– Compatibility with Lucid Lynx : Install window crashed when the user clicked on Install button.
- PlayOnLinux automatically extract icons during the installation process to use them in the main menu.
- A bug corrected preventing user from changing a program icon
- Few translations were corrected
- Definitive correction (we hope) of $PROGRAMFILES variable problem. Script are being rewritten.
