Even after installing pidgin-sip the office comminicator wont to connect and still giving this error:

how to solve this ?
sudo apt-get install pidgin-sipe
make this script to start on login .
$ export NSS_SSL_CBC_RANDOM_IV=0
run your pidgin and enjoy
