 sudo dpkg -i logmein-hamachi_2.1.0.139-1_amd64.deb 

If you find any dependency related errors, simply run following command and it will take care of all related packages installation.

 sudo apt-get –f install 

Once the installation is over, launch LogMeIn Hamachi from Applications menu.
