Pinguy OS 10.04.2- An out-of-the-box working Ubuntu based OS

PinguyOS is for people that have never used Linux before or for people that just want an out-of-the-box working OS without doing all the tweaks and enhancements that everyone seems to do when installing a fresh copy of Ubuntu or other Linux based Distro’s.

The latest release is Pinguys 10.10.2 and it is an update of the last release 10.10.1

Some features:

Native ZFS File system
200 line kernel patch
djl – Game Manager
LightScribe Software
LibreOffice
TeamViewer6 (Icon needs to be added in menu for the 32-bit version)
VirtualBox 4
Calibre
LuckyBackup
lxBDPlayer
Plus all the new features that are in 10.10
Docky now has 3D effects even if your card can’t do compositing
Plus much more!
