Watch Star Wars ASCII Animation via Telnet on Linux | Fun

Do you know that terminal can be used also for fun and games? Today i will show you how terminal can be used not just for productive things but also for funny ones like for example watching Star Wars ASCII animation . Terminal_001

If you haven`t seen Star Wars in ASCII before, then just continue reading to know how does it work.

 

 

Open terminal and type the following telnet command

telnet towel.blinkenlights.nl

Just delete the space after the slash (/) it will work.

I tried it and it works with a regular zip file, but if you password-protect the .zip file it does NOT work.
