Vertu TI: A Titanium Open Source Phone

Vertu TI is a handmade phone crafted by single man in England and it is engineered to perfection. It has over ten years in development and every Vertu phone that hits the market is signed by the craftsman that crafts the Virtu Phone. Vertu is a luxury smartphone manufacturer and it has produced previous phones that ran Symbian OS, but the latest one, the Virtu TI phone runs the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system.

vertu tiYou can use this phone for calling people, but the cool thing is that it offers the “Concierge On Call” feature which helps you with making restaurant reservations and finding the right people for your job. Do you like to hire a bodyguard? This phone makes it so easy for you.

Aluminium, Titanium and Sapphire Crystal are three elements that make this phone possible and give an incredible and special feeling to your hand. The advanced material innovation technology applied on this phone makes it elegant, low in weight and stronger than other phones. A thing that everyone  should take into consideration is the fact that the Virtu Ti’s case is five times stronger than any other smartphone. But how? How??? Because this phone’ case is made by grade five titanium, a material that is well known  for its strength, low  weight and elegance.

Now, what about the screen?

Do you guys remember when i talked you about the Ubuntu Edge Screen? No? Ok, let me tell you again, the Ubuntu Edge Screen uses Sapphire Crystal, which makes the screen scratch-proof. So if you are jealous of your friend because of his Vertu TI phone and the fact that this phone is helping him to get girls, you will need a diamond to scratch the screen of your friend’s phone. Yes, you read it right, the Vertu TI phone has a 3.7 sapphire crystal scratch-proof screen and this screen is four time stronger than other smartphones.

The Vertu TI phone comes in four versions: The Titanium Black Leather, the Titanium Pure Black, the Titanium Black Alligator and the Black PVD Titanium Red Gold Mixed Metals. Which one do you like? I don’t think you guys want to know about the prices of each of this phones, because you will be shocked. Ok, ok , I see that you are very curious about the price. The Black PVD Titanium Red Gold Mixed Metals costs 16,500 euros. If i had all that money I would probably be ‘happy’ for all my life, but when i think that these guys spend that kind of money to buy a phone, I go ‘crazy’.
