Alien Arena 2010 v7.45 is released, this version has been updated with a number of important improvements and bugfixes that not only enhance the visual appearance, but greatly improve the performance of the game.
Some of the new features in this release:
- New Skeletal model format
- Soft shadows
- Faster and more accurate OpenGL lighting
- Rendering optimizations
- Fixes for vertex animated models
- All player models have been reanimated with a new model format
- IRC client fixes
- Many updated skin models
