How to install Webmin in Debian Squeeze

webmin is a web-based interface for system administration for Unix/. Using any modern web browser, you can setup user accounts, Apache, DNS, file sharing and much webmin-logomore. Webmin removes the need to manually edit Unix configuration files like /etc/passwd, and lets you manage a system from the console or remotely you can also create backups for the system and restore.

The   installation is simple, you have just to  download  the Debian package  from  the  webmin page  (actual  package is  1.530) and install it via the command:

dpkg -i webmin_1.530_all.deb

After  the  package  is installed,  open your  browser   and  enter   https://ip:10000  (port 10000 with  ssl  certification) then  login with  your  root  acces .
