Flash Player 11 release condidate is available| PPA Ubuntu & Linuxmint

And the very first contender of Adobe Flash Player 11 is here- finally available for us to download. Flash 11 offers NVidia VDPAU, 64 bit support, Broadcom Crystal High Def acceleration, along with a number of cool technical features for flash programmers and web developers.

Installation

 

For 32bit : Adobe Flash 11 Beta 2  release can be downloaded from Adobe Labs.

 

For 64 bit users, you can install adobe flash player from seven machines PPA:

 

sudo apt-add-repository ppa:sevenmachines/flash
sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install flashplugin64-installer

 

 Keep in mind that it isn’t a stable build, but a release candidate, so there are usual warnings that apply on non stable software.
